A Queer History Tour

Discover Amsterdam's LGBTQIA+ history on a guided walk through the city surrounding Pulitzer's canal houses. Passing landmarks such as the Homomonument, Westermarkt and the canal district, the tour traces stories of activism, culture and community that continue to shape the city today.

Queer Amsterdam, the Pink City – Exhibition

At De Nieuwe Kerk, Queer Amsterdam, the Pink City explores the city’s layered LGBTQIA+ history—stories of love, resilience and freedom unfolding within a space once shaped by tradition and doctrine. Guests of Pulitzer Amsterdam can also experience the exhibition as part of a dedicated stay, with tickets included.

Velvet Scars - A Kingdom of Courage

Discover Velvet Scars - A Kingdom of Courage, a temporary exhibition by photographer and visual artist Jasper Abels, presented at Pulitzer Amsterdam as part of WorldPride Amsterdam 2026.

From 25 July to 9 August, Pulitzer historic canal houses become the setting for a unique exhibition trail, where contemporary art and queer history come together in unexpected ways.

The exhibiton is complimentary and open to both hotel guests and visitors.
