A great cocktail, much like a piece of music, is a composition. Frequencies, our new cocktail menu, explores what happens when the two come together.

The menu features fourteen cocktails ranging from fresh and bright to rich and deep, with each drink paired with a track selected by Amsterdam-based DJ, musician, and radio host Elias Mazian. His selections move through house, soul, R&B, and jazz, chosen for the mood, character, and connection he hears in each drink.

Through Bowers & Wilkins headphones, guests are invited to experience every pairing together. Choose your cocktail, put on the headphones, and discover how a song can change the way you experience what is in your glass.

On 15 November, Pulitzer’s Bar welcomes the team behind Gucci Giardino for a unique guest shift. Nestled in the heart of Florence and known for its imaginative approach to cocktail making, the bar creates cocktails inspired by memory, place, and tradition. For one evening only, the team brings a selection of signature serves to Amsterdam, inviting guests to discover a taste of Florence in an intimate canalside setting.
