The Locals Card

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Locals Card ("Card") offered by Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt. By using your Locals Card, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility 
The Locals Card is exclusively available to individuals who are residents or have a work address in Amsterdam ("Amsterdam Locals".

2. Perks
The Locals Card entitles Amsterdam Locals to a 15% discount on the total bill at Jansz., Pulitzer Garden, Pulitzer's Bar, Celia, Café Celia and Super Lyan ("Participating Venues"). 

3. Blackout Dates
The Locals Card can not be used on public holidays, nor during special events as Hotelnacht, Pride, Prinsengracht concert, Amsterdam Dance Event.

4. Reservations and walk-ins
Guests are strongly encouraged to make reservations in advance using the same email address that was used at time of registration. However, walk-ins are also welcome if the Locals Card can be presented upon arrival. 

5. Card Presentation
To qualify for the discount, guests must present their valid Locals Card to the staff at the Participating Venues when requesting the bill. 

6. Maximum Number of Guests

The 15% discount applies to a maximum of four guests per Card. For larger groups, the discount will not be applicable to additional guests beyond the limit. 

7. Non-Combination with Other Offers
The discount provided by the Card cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special menu offers available at the Participating Venues.

8. Card Validity
The Card remains valid until the Participating Venues cease to accept the Card. The Participating Venues reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

9. Newsletters
By signing up for the the Card, you consent to receiving regular newsletters about the latest offers and events from the Participating Venues. Amsterdam Locals can opt out at any time.

10. General Terms
a. The Participating Venues reserve the right to refuse the use of the Card or modify these Terms at their discretion.
b. The Card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

By using the Locals Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
