“I have so many happy memories of Pulitzer Amsterdam. One is the shrimp debate in the old Café Pulitzer in the early nineties, long before it was modernized. It was a wonderful room in the old Amsterdam style, full of character and charm. The waiters wore long starch aprons to the floor and the atmosphere was fairly unique. “Are these delicious shrimps from Holland?” we asked. “I have no idea, Sir. Where would you like them to be from?” “The North Sea would sound good” I said. “Shall we agree on the North Sea then, Sir?!” The same ridiculous conversation with our friend took place over many years. It sums up the fun we have always had, and have, with all the splendid people who work in Pulitzer Amsterdam.”
“What a wonderful stay – fascinating location, great people, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Congratulations and thank you!”
“Without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel of The Netherlands.”
“Thank you for the outstanding welcome back to the Pulitzer. Even after the 15th visit, I’m incredibly impressed. I stay at many leading hotels, but the welcome and the client service at the Pulitzer just blows them away!”
