Hello, My name is Ron Stoevelaar. For the last 22 years, I am working in the hospitality industry in Amsterdam mostly as Concierge. Since 2010 I am part of the Concierge team of Hotel Pulitzer and since the 1st of February 2012 I am the Head Concierge of the Hotel. Besides that I am also the Vice-President of the Dutch Les Clefs d‘Or, the Dutch association of Concierges. As Concierge I enjoy having contact with all guests and to exceed one’s expectations is my main motivation. My personal favorite place in Amsterdam is the corner of Prinsengracht and Brouwersgracht during spring, here you have a beautiful view upon the water and the blossoming trees. |

Hello, my name is Robert Lechner. Since 2000 I'm working for Hotel Pulitzer, and my 10th year as member of the Concierge team. I applied to be a Concierge because it's a creative and diverse profession. Furthermore I have the opportunity to create unique experiences for all guests of Hotel Pulitzer. For this reason I enjoy my work as concierge to the very extend. My most remarkable en memorable request I had was to fly a Rolls Royce over from Dubai. My personal favorite place in Amsterdam is a bridge near the Maritime Museum, where you have a beautiful view on several parts of the city. |

Hello, my name is Dominique van de Bovenkamp. In 1984 I started as Assistance Front Office Manager. When the Concierge Desk started in 1995 I was asked to join the team. I became Concierge because of the constant challenge to make the impossible possible. My most memorable request was from a guest who called from the U.S. to ask if I could arrange his wedding ceremony in Amsterdam. A year later I received a birth announcement from their first child. My favorite place in Amsterdam is the Amstelveld, a picturesque square with a small church from the 17th century mostly made of wood. During spring, the 50 blossoming Caucasian Wingnut trees create a beautiful sight. |
