Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Disability Access Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer one accessible guest rooms. To reserve this room, please contact the hotel directly.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.

Check Acceptance Policy
Hotel accepts traveler checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Reservations on prepaid rates can not be amended without losing the full deposit. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time for the hotel is 3pm local time. Early check-in is based upon availability. We suggest to our guests to confirm the room reservation on the prior night at the best available rate. Otherwise, a request for early arrival will not be confirmed until check-in time. The early check-in fee is 50 Euro if you arrive before 9am.

Extra Bedding Policy
A fee applies for an adult rollaway. The hotel will charge EUR 25 for an additional bed for children ages 3 - 17. An additional bed for a guest who is 18 or over will be charged at full price. Please note that most of our rooms do not have an extra bed and that we will have to place it by request.

Cribs are provided upon request at free of charge. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.

Guarantee Policy
A credit card guarantee is required.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. For checkouts after 2pm, the fee will be equal to EUR 25 per hour. Checkouts after 6pm will be charged the full overnight rate.

Pet Policy
Up to two pets are allowed per room. A cleaning fee of 15.00 EUR per pet per day will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and bar.

Payment Policy

By Cash - Guests paying in cash will be asked to pay a deposit at check-in of EUR 100 per person, per night. This deposit is in addition to the nightly room rate, which is also due at check-in. The unused portion of the deposit will be refunded at checkout.

Third Party Credit Card - A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a credit card authorization form prior to the guest's arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel.

Company Invoice - The company to be invoiced must send a fax with request of invoice. All direct billing must first be approved by our accounts department. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back to the company. Must be arranged prior to the guest's arrival.

Pre-Pay By Check - If a company wants to pre-pay by check, we need to receive the check at least three weeks prior to the guest's arrival in order to ensure the check is covered by the bank.

Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.

Waitlist Policy
Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
